This gathering is designed for doulas who are sensing a transition in their work and seeking connection, reflection, and guidance for what comes next. Led by an experienced doula with hospital and community birth experience, participants can expect thoughtful dialogue, shared learning, and greater clarity about how their practice may evolve within the Chicago doula landscape.

Open to doulas from any training background, this space honors the many ways doula work takes shape and invites participants into collective reflection and facilitated conversation. The gathering supports sustainable growth, expanded approaches to care, and staying grounded in the values that brought you to this work in the first place.
