FAQ: Does the birth center work with doulas?

Yes, we are huge fans of doulas, and talk with every client about the possibility of adding doula care to their birth team. We do not have doulas on staff at the Birth Center of Chicago. Any family looking to have additional support from a labor or postpartum doula would need to explore hiring a doula independently from BCC. Doula Guide Post

This free gathering is focused on newer doulas who are looking for connection, and support, and information about how to move through the Chicago Doula world with a bit more ease, and a bit less stress.

This is led by a seasoned Doula with hospital and community birth experience. Past attendees have shared that coming to this group has offered clarity on next steps, understanding, and connection with others.

The next Doula Guide Post is May 23 & 30, 2024.
